# Notes, summaries, and transcripts

> Review a meeting, fix the details, and take the result with you.

Every meeting note has up to three views:

* **Memos** are the notes you write yourself.
* **Summary** is the structured note generated by your Intelligence model.
* **Transcript** is the captured conversation.

You can edit memos and summaries like regular notes. In a transcript, select a speaker label to assign a participant and use **Apply to all** when the same speaker appears again.

## Shape the summary

Use the template picker beside **Summary** to change its structure. You can also set standing instructions, add names and specialized terms, and control how templates interact with your preferences.

See [Customize meeting summaries](/customize-summaries) for the complete setup.

## Export a meeting

1. Open the **•••** menu in the meeting header.
2. Choose **Export**.
3. Select PDF, text, Markdown, or Org format.
4. Include any combination of the memo, summary, and transcript.

Anarlog writes the export to your Downloads folder and reveals the file when it is ready.
